2. General
We process personal data on this website only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, our content and our services. This website does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services and does not embed third-party content. Fonts, images and videos are loaded exclusively from our own web server.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address in shortened form (the last two segments are removed, e.g. 192.168.0.0), date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Due to the shortening, the data cannot be attributed to individual persons. This processing ensures secure and stable operation and supports error analysis; it is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
5. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies for visitors. The selected language is determined solely by the address you visit (e.g. /en/ for English). Only for logged-in editors does WordPress set technically necessary login and settings cookies; the legal basis for this is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
6. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process your details (name, company, email address, industry, interests, message) to handle your enquiry. Mandatory fields are marked. Your details are sent to us by email and are not stored in the website database. You will also receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
To protect against spam, we use an invisible form field (“honeypot”). No additional personal data is collected and no third-party services are involved.
7. Applications
If you apply via our application form, we process your details (name, email address, position of interest, message) and your uploaded CV to carry out the application process. The application including the CV is sent by email to our recruiting mailbox; on the web server, the file is only stored briefly for sending and then deleted.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (initiation of an employment relationship). If no employment relationship results, we delete your application documents no later than six months after the application process has been completed, unless you have consented to longer storage. If you are hired, the data will be transferred to your personnel file.
8. Email sending and communication
To send form emails and for our email communication, we use Microsoft 365 provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. A data processing agreement is in place with Microsoft. A transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out; it takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
9. Protection of the login area
To protect against unauthorised login attempts, we process the IP address in the event of failed logins to the website’s editorial area in order to limit repeated failed attempts and temporarily block attackers. In logs and reports, the IP address is made unrecognisable. Processing takes place exclusively on our web server; no data is transferred to third parties. Blocks and counters are reset after 24 hours at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security of our website).
10. Your rights
Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:
- access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
- withdraw any consent given with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wiesbaden.
To exercise your rights, simply send an email to info@movolt.group.
